In 1999, the center began providing curative and preventive health care services at the highest levels, to patients and auditors, and to this day with steady steps that established strong experiences that built bridges of mutual trust between it and clients on the one hand and the government represented by its health services on the other hand, which was witness, monitor and incubated.
