Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare is a first-of-its-kind health care joint venture between Saudi Aramco, a world leader in energy, and Johns Hopkins Medicine. About 255,000 eligible medical recipients ― including Aramco employees from Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, as well as their dependents and retirees ― receive quality care free of charge at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. Patients are seen at a 330-bed tertiary care hospital (Dhahran Medical Center), a 55-bed hospital in Al Hasa (opened in 2018), three satellite outpatient Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare facilities and third-party medical designated facilities in the Eastern Province.
